Nick Milsom established NCM Property Services with a straightforward belief: customers deserve skilled work, honest advice and one dependable person taking responsibility for their project.
Today, Nick remains closely involved in the business and the work it delivers. From the first conversation and initial planning through to the finishing details, customers receive the personal attention and continuity that can easily be lost with a larger contractor.

As a family-run business, NCM combines the breadth of a multi-trade contractor with the personal service of a local company. Customers have one experienced team coordinating the work, maintaining communication and taking responsibility for the finished result.
